School of Aeronautics is an institute in Neemrana of Alwar district that offers various courses in aviation. The institute is approved by Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) as well as AICTE. It has recently released admission notification for admission in engineering courses for 2011 batch. The details are given below

Courses offered by School of Aeronautics


1. Aircraft Maintenance engineering - 3 years course
2. Aeronautical engineering - 4 years course equivalent to B.E./B.Tech.

Eligibility criteria for admission in School of Aeronautics


For admission in Aircraft Maintenance engineering, the applicant should have passed 10+2 with aggregate of 50 % in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

For admission in Aeronautical engineering, the applicant should have passed 10+2 with minimum 50 % in each subject of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Admission procedure in School of Aeronautics


Admission is given on the basis of marks scored in 10+2. The application form can be obtained on payment of Rs 600/- by cash or by DD in favour of 'School of Aeronautics' payable at New Delhi. The form can also be downloaded from the institute's website - http://soapalam.org - and filled up form can be sent to the institute's address along with the DD
