The most important question is who will be lead Rajasthan Royals on the field after Shane Warne's retirement. Though Rajasthan Royals have several experienced players but leadership quality is something which is required and the new captain will have to face comparison with Shane Warne,s ability to lead the team. There are several names like Rahul Dravid, but he was not successful leader when he was captain of India and his age does not guarantee his place in IPl 5 and IPL 6. Another option is Johan Botha and Shane Watson.
