Ingredients of Papad Sabzi:
3-4 medium sized papads
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp curds
1-2 pinches asafoetida
1-2 pinches turmeric
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 mustard seeds
1 tsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp ghee
1 cup water
Salt To Taste
Preparation of Papad Sabzi Recipe:
1)First take a pot and break the papads into small pieces i.e into 1 inch squares.
2)Then take a pan, heat it and add the mustard seeds.
3)Then add asafoetida, chilli powder and curd in it and mix it well.
4)Then add the turmeric powder, required amount of water and salt to taste in it.
5)Then add the papads and corinder to it.
6)Then cook it for 5 minutes.
7)Then take off the pan from the stove and serve it.
8)It tastes better with Chapati.
