You should try this Potato Fried Rice recipe whenever come to Rajasthan. It take 5minutes for preparation, 20minutes for cooking and can served by 2 people.

Ingredients of Potato Fried Rice Recipe:

Boiled Potatoes - 1 cup
Chopped Onion - 1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
Boiled Rice - 1 cup
Green Chilli - 1 piece
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt for taste

Preparation of Potato Fried Rice Recipe:

1)First take a pan. Take oil and heat the oil to roast the potato pieces.
2)Then take a another pan heat the oil,add green chilli, chopped onion and fry till the colour turns golden brown.
3)Then add the 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste to it and store for a few minutes.
4)Then add salt for taste, rice and mix it well. Add roasted potatoes to the mixture and mix it well.
5)Remove it from fire.
6)Serve it.
