About Rajasthani Bhindi Recipe
Rajasthani Bhindi is one of the best food in Rajasthan. Many Rajasthani People prefers Rajasthani Bhindi to eat with Roti. If you ever go to Rajasthan then never forget to get the taste of Rajasthani Bhindi.
Ingredients to make Rajasthani Bhindi
1/2 tsp onion seeds
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
250 gms ladyfingers (bhindi)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
3 tsp bengal gram flour (besan)
1 1/2 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
1/4 cup oil
4 green chillies
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp dry mango powder (amchur)
1 tsp garam masala powder
Preparation of Rajasthani Bhindi
1)Wash the ladies finger(bhindi) with clean water.
2)Cut two ends of bhindi and cut in one side.
3)Mix all dry dry masalas except onion and cumin.
4)Add a table spoon of oil and salt to the mixture then mix well.
5)Put this masala into the ladyfingers.
6)Boil up 3 table spoon of oil, mix in the remaining fennel seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies and onion seeds and fry for 3 minute.
7)Mix in ladyfingers and then fry for 6 minutes, cover with a pot and then fry stirring till they are fully cooked.
8)Open the pot and then fry till the ladyfingers are crisp.
9)Serve this recipe when it is hot.
