Udaipur – The Lake City

Udaipur was founded by Maharana Udai Singh in the year 1568 AD. Udaipur is also referred to as "the lake city" or 'Venice of the east'.

The attractions in Udaipur include massive but captivating forts and splendid palaces, hilltop fortresses, breathtaking temples and romantic gardens filled with budding flowers and trees. The Udaipur City is favorite destination for foreign and Indian travelers.

The Lake Palace Udaipur is hilarious and one of the most romantic hotels in the world located inside the lake Pichola

Reaching Udaipur
Udaipur is well connected by Road, Rail and Air from all the major cities of India and Rajasthan. 5 Hrs drive from Ajmer, 3 hrs drive from Bhilwara, 5 hrs drive from Kota. Flights are available from Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Jodhpur etc.
