Sugar-7 tsp or according to taste
Cardamom powder- a pinch
Saffron 2-3 strands
Milk- 400 ml
Almond powder-3 tsp
1. Peel and grate the apple. Cook apple with sugar and water till it becomes slightly thick.
2. Take another pan and reduce the milk till it becomes thick. Cool it completely.
3. Mix the apple mixture with thickened milk
4. Add the saffron, almond powder, cardamom powder and mix well.
