Chocolate crunch recipe


This is a recipe of chocolate laddoos made of biscuits. Rajasthan famous sweet dish recipe.

CHOCOLATE CRUNCH

Ingredients:

Glucose biscuits 12
Coco powder 1 tsp
Malai(milk cream) 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp

Method:

Grind the biscuits in mixi.
Add coco powder and make into a tight dough with malai.
Give small ball shape and roll over sugar crystals
Keep in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
