Ingredients:
·500 gm Ladyfingers
·4 tablespoon Bengal gram flour
·1 tablespoon Onion seeds
·1 tablespoon Red chili powder
·2 tbsp Jeera Powder
·2 tbsp Coriander powder
·2-1/2 tsp Fennel seeds (Saunf)
·1 1/2 tbsp Dry mango powder
·5 Green chilies
·6 tbsp Oil
·3/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
·1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
·1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
·Salt to taste
How to Prepare:
·Firstly make dry all the ladyfingers.
·Snip off the two ends and cut on one side.
·Take a bowl & pour Bengal gram flour, fennel seeds, onion seeds & all the masalas , mix it well.
·Now add salt according to taste & one tablespoon of oil in it.
·Fill this prepared masala into all the ladyfingers.
·Take a kadhai.
·Heat up 3 tbsp of oil and fry rest of the fennel seeds, cumin seeds, green chilies and onion seeds for a minute.
·Add stuffed ladyfingers to it and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
·Cover the kadhai and fry till they are cooked, stirring gently & occasionally.
·Now uncover it.
·Stir fry until the ladyfingers are crunchy.
·Now Rajasthani spicy & crunchy ladyfingers are ready to serve & eat.
