Recipe of Dahi Vale Aloo

Ingredients:


· 4 boiled Potatoes
· 1/4 tablespoon Red Chili Powder
· 1/4 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
· 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
· 1 cup Curd
· 1/2 cup Water
· Salt to taste
· 1 tablespoon vegetable Oil


Method:


· Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it.
· now add boiled and mashed potatoes.
· sauté it for about 2 minutes.
· When the potatoes become proper fried & crispy, add curd to it.
· Now add water, salt, red chili and turmeric powder to the above.
· leave it for about 2-3 minutes.
· Garnish it with coriander leaves.
· Dahi Wale Aloo is ready to serve.
