Recipe of Daal Baati

Ingredients:

• 4 Cups wheat flour
• 1/2 Cup rava
• 6 tbsp Ghee
• 2 Cups boiled tuvar dal
• 4 Garlic flakes
• 2 Green chilies
• 2 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 1 chopped Tomato
• 2 tbsp Oil

Method of making Bati:

· First make dough of wheat flour, Rava, Salt & the required ghee.
· Prepare medium size balls using that dough.
· Roast these balls till it turns brown.
· Add ghee in it now baati is ready to serve.

Method of making Dal:

· Heat oil in a kadhai & put some jeera in it.
· Add green chilies, garlic, red chili powder, garam Masala & chopped tomatoes.
· Stir it well.
· Pour tuvar daal & pour 3-4 cup water in it.
· Leave it to boil for few minutes.
· Now dal is ready to serve with bati.
