Recipe of Lehsun(Garlic) ki chutney


2 heads of garlic
4-6 tbsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp fennel seeds, toasted and ground
4 spoon of Lemon juice
Salt To Taste


1) Grind all the garlic pieces & fennel seeds in a blender using very required quatity of water.

2) Chill before serving.
to preserve it, Keep in an airtight container, keeps for a couple of days.
