Bad time is over
The financial crisis that the world economy faced last year seems to have passed now.In the previous year employees of all the sectors had to face many problems like retrenchment ,unpaid salaries and no work etc.In a layman’s term it was very difficult to retain the job. But,now the financial lethargy has flushed away.
The senior heads of all the concerns whether a manufacturing one ,financial or a pharma company, all are increasing the pay scales or giving promotion.HRD(human resource development) officials say that the business heads are making pressure on them to do anything to retain good employees.T.C.S.,Infosys and Wipro(in IT Sector) all have announced mid-term compensation review and promotion so as to get new leadership team for the changing scenario.
Let’s hope the good time as early as possible and the bad time fades away
