Parenting is not only an art, it is also a science! But it is unnecessary to consult a doctor or a specialist for parenting. Actually we have to let the child to grow naturally. In countries like USA they are conducting coaching classes for parental care.

Care while eating:
Don’t feed them, leave them to feed by their own.
While eating they may spill some food particles, don’t beat them.
Give food as per their hungry need, don’t feed much.
Don’t give rewards like if you complete the meal I will you chocolate.
Follow 90:10 diet method it is nothing but 90 percent healthy food and 10 percent fried snakes.
Follow correct timings for eating.
A research report in the magazine PEDIATRIC says artificial energy drinks are very bad to kid’s health. Give them home made fresh fruits salad.
Don’t give the same type of food again and again, most kids like shape and colour changes in their food.
