Kair Sangri-The real taste of rajasthan

Ingredients:

- 200 gms sangati
- 50 gms kair
- 2 tbsp oil
- ¾ tbsp turmeric powder
- ¾ tbsp red chili powder
- a pinch of Heeng powder
- ¼ spoon jeera
- ¼ tbsp mango powder
- salt to taste

Procedure:

Take a pane & pour some water to boil kair & sangari. Leave it to boil for 10 min. now keep it aside.take aa another pane & pour oil in it to heat. When it become hot pour jeera & heeng powder in it. Pour boiled kair & sangari in it. Now pour all the Masala- chili powder, turmeric powder & salt. Fry it over medium heat for 5-10 min. now off the flame & mix mango powder in it. It’s ready to serve.
