Swine Flu Subsides in Jodhpur

The intense cold conditions have helped in countering deadly H1N1 virus in Rajasthan. The no. of cases being reported have dipped in the past 10 days in Jodhpur. Presently only 10 swine flu patients are there in the 3 big govt. hospitals of the city. But on the other hand pregnant women continue to fall prey to swine flu.
With one more death yesterday the total no. of deaths have soared to 80 in Jodhpur, in which a good chunk belong to the ladies who were pregnant. In spite of so many advertisements and awareness programmes being run by the govt., things haven't improved much, especially in rural areas.
