Job Description: BR Hiker looking for HR Manager
Should be having excellent written and verbal English, Hindi communication skills.
End to end responsibility of the HR and Recruitment function of an IT-Software development organization. Develop, coordinate and manage employee retention strategies including Grievance Handling, Employee Counseling and Employee Discipline Management etc.
- Drive effective communication and engagement to ensure that the 150+ professionals team is motivated to deliver.
- Strong Attitude driven personality with ability to manage pressure
- Responsible for driving core HR processes efficiently and effectively with the sales team to create healthy work environment.
- Ensure capability building for the sales team as per development/ man power needs & company priorities and create a performance oriented work culture
- Responsible for all kind of skilled IT- Software Candidates sourcing, recruitments, brand building in candidates, orientations, soft skills trainings etc. Hence hiring & retaining the right talent.
- Experience in reviewing policies and procedures, handle employee compensation process
- Experience in analyzing / developing Employee benefit plans, Employee resources etc.
