Yes you can do this without any hesitation. But, one thing remember that if you associate one adsense accunt in many site then in site there is no nay adults content any any offensive content Because google cancel your account and you will your google adsense account from all sites.

One more benefit which is in the member level categorization is that by achieving Gold member level, one can satisfy one of the seven condition of creating a new adsense account.
And as Ardhendhu has said that more our member level, the more benefits we have.
